Random inspection of goods in China before shipment saved the customer $3,000
Entrepreneur Dmitry bought a batch of 3D lamps in China and was waiting for their arrival in Ukraine. To avoid difficulties during customs clearance, M3Cargo managers conducted an additional inspection of the goods and found that the wrong batch of goods was delivered to the client. Now it was necessary not only to deliver and clear the goods but also to negotiate with the supplier for a free replacement of the entire batch.
Dmitry is developing his own online home decor store from China. He bought a batch of 3D lamps in China and was waiting for their arrival in Ukraine. The client has been working with a trusted supplier for a long time, so he ordered only delivery and customs clearance from M3Cargo managers. However, he decided to ensure that the Chinese partners did not mix up anything and asked M3Cargo managers to check the goods. Employees of the M3cargo company in China helped Dmitry and discovered that the supplier had made a mistake. The crates contained lamps of a completely different model.
Negotiate with the client's supplier, return the wrong batch of goods, and deliver and carry out customs clearance in Ukraine of the correct batch of 3D lamps.
When the cargo was already in the M3Cargo warehouse and was preparing for shipment, the client unexpectedly asked the M3Cargo employees to check for batteries in the 3D lamps. The fact is that the delivery of lamps with batteries would cost more than without them. The client decided to make sure they weren't there.
M3Cargo employees helped the client - they opened the boxes and photographed the goods. Seeing a photo of 3D lamps, Dmitry realized that the factory had mixed up the models and planned to deliver him another product.
Managers of M3Cargo in China negotiated with the lamp manufacturer. As a result, the cargo was returned to the factory at the seller's expense. A week later, a new "correct" cargo arrived at the warehouse.
- The client avoided losses by detecting an error with the goods sent by the seller in time.
- Despite the force majeure, he was able to receive his goods within the expected time frame.
- Kept contacts with the proven manufacturer, despite his occasional mistake.
